Thank you for shopping with Texas Candles. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, launches), processing times may be extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reputable national carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method options and costs are displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order weight and size

    • Destination

    • Selected shipping method

  • Promotional or free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated at checkout


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Texas Candles is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events beyond our control


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Additional handling charges


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the carrier:

  • Texas Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier tracking confirmation is considered proof of delivery

If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the carrier directly

We may assist with filing a carrier claim at our discretion.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Packaging materials

    • Shipping box

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes if restricted by the carrier

  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to carrier rules


9. Weather & Heat Disclaimer

Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

Texas Candles is not responsible for:

  • Melting or cosmetic changes caused by heat exposure during transit

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect product performance

We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have shipped

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately

  • Requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun
